False advertising in a different currency - more expensive.

Site got stuck and booked us twice and charge us twice.

Rang the hotel they cant help.

Rang Agoda they cant help.

My husband thought he was using the hotel website to book a reservation for a hotel in Greece.

Lufthansa notified us last night that our flight was delayed an entire day, so we called the hotel to cancel our booking well within their 24 hr window.

Surprisingly, we were told we had to contact a third party, Guest Reservations.

We could only cancel via online, and they charged us $178.28!

I have attached the crooked fine print about cancellation, which is different than the actual hotel policy.

Thought I was dealing directly with a particular hotel. This company tacked on $120 worth of fees that couldn' t be seen in a drop down box on mobile.

Didn't realise until after I was charged more than the rate I had selected to begin with.Then under the receipt in small print is the usual, no refunds, cancellations, but in very suspicious terminology like they know you'll try!

This is theft. The file below is what was hidden.

Like every other review has said, I thought I was booking through the hotel because it looked like the hotel site and everything. If you go onto their site, the hotels look identical to this one. This is *** This is fraud; somebody needs to look into it.

I booked a room thinking I was on the Hotel Website. Then I payed double the the price as it would have costed, because guest reservations added a Crazy high fee!!

This is ridiculous! You think you are booking a hotel at the hotel's own website (should have checked better!), but it is really not.

It's the Guest Reservations website. That is one bad thing.

Then you complete your booking, and if you're not paying attention, you are charged a 40% fee on top of the hotel room rate. This is a clear ripoff, as there is no option to cancel either.

I was fraudulently induced to reserve a room from the hotel website of the Radisson Blu Bergamo. The price was slightly less expensive than on booking.com.

Once the booking was completed, I was in shock: outrageously high hidden fees had been added to the booking, equivalent to an additional night for one room. It was impossible to cancel the reservation, which all of a sudden was non-refundable.

Disgusting, misleading, unfair. My vacation is ruined.

Added a day to reservation that was not wanted. Did not notify that booking was non-refundable. Charged whole amount and will not refund or change reservation to the correct amount of days.

We all know it is a scam, masquerading as the guest reservations department of the hotel. But why does Google still allow it to advertise?

What looked like a legit website was not, they had mimicked the real hotel. I was charged $80 more than I should have been.

I ended up realising it was a scam 6 weeks later, tried to call them for a refund (they said it was fully refundable) but guess what... I couldn't get through via email or call. I ended up cancelling my credit card and the bank was able to get my money back for me!!

What a drama!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM

Guest reservations is a scam site. I thought I was booking with the hotel directly but then found the booking had gone through Guest Reservations.

I am not sure whether I have an actual booking with the hotel as when I put my information into the Manage My Booking part it says it can't find the reservation. Steer well clear of this site.

They charge some sort of tax that certainly isn't being collected as a tax. They really are shonks.

Always book directly with the accommodation provider. You will save a huge amount of money. They were going to charge $450 for 2 nights. Booking with the motel, same room, $300.

Also, they take your money upfront. It is usually impossible to get back if you cancel.
